Real coffee machine and a plunger, clean. Location close to most things, which was convenient.
Walls are paper thin, noise from neighbors and thumping from above. Noisy atmosphere, staff not friendly or welcoming.

Comfy, clean room. Noisy. Lovely, comfortable bed. Reasonable $6 breakfast with hot food and cereal choices. Spotless shower rooms and toilets. Friendly reception staff.

The hotel had big comfortable beds, provided a hair dryer, and had a good location. We loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Paul. The hotel was close to major shopping areas, cafes, and restaurants. The room was clean and had a working TV and fridge. The breakfasts included were very good.
All good.

During my stay at a hotel in King Street, I was pleasantly surprised by the superb location and the overall comfort of the room. The position of the hotel allowed me to easily explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Melbourne. While the bathroom was shared, it was a single-person facility that was always kept clean with great shower pressure. The room itself was very comfortable, providing a cozy space to rest after a long day of exploring.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as not having breakfast included and the absence of parking facilities, these were minor inconveniences that didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. I was able to find delicious and affordable breakfast options in the surrounding area, so it didn't hinder my overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near Southern Cross station, making it easy to access any CBD area easily. There are also several cheap and decent restaurants nearby, including a local cafe just off Southern Cross station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a large, inviting bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff may need to improve their service, but the overall cleanliness of the room is commendable.
The noise from the construction next door and thin walls could be bothersome at times.

We had a great experience staying here – the hotel is located really close to public transport which makes getting around so easy, and we loved the room amenities. We were impressed by the staff who were really friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink when we arrived. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a huge plus for us.
We would definitely recommend this place to friends – it's a shame there's no shelter outside when it's raining, but that's a minor issue. The staff really made our stay here enjoyable and we wouldn't hesitate to come back next time we're in town.
